At Legacy Living UK, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. As many of our pieces are made to order, our return policy reflects the nature of bespoke furniture production. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Most of our sofas and furniture pieces are made to order in your selected fabric, size, or finish. For this reason:

• Made-to-order and customised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.

• Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

If you are unsure about fabric or colour, we strongly recommend requesting fabric samples before placing your order.

2. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to:

• Custom-made or made-to-order furniture

• Items personalised to your specifications

If your item qualifies for cancellation and is not custom-made:

• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please include clear photographs of the issue.

• Do not dispose of the packaging until the issue is resolved.

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will:

• Repair the item, or

• Replace the item, or

• Provide a refund where appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Delivery Charges

Our delivery rates are as follows:

If a return is approved for an eligible non-custom item, the original delivery fee is non-refundable and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
